How to fix the Nano100 not charging my devicea (laptop/bidirectional phone) and preventing reverse charging?

Simply unplug the Type-C cable and reconnect it one or several times until the Nano 100W power station displays the OUTPUT power. Than you can use the Nano 100 charge the connected devices (laptop/bidirectional phone) normally.
