The new version differs from the old version in terms of the app. The old version required control via the Vesync app, while the new version (from November 27, 2025) uses the Smart Life app. The two apps are incompatible.Please refer to the user manual included in the product packaging to select the appropriate control software.

Why can’t it connect to my network? Which type of network is it compatible with?

This smart plug is only compatible with 2.4GHz WiFi networks and does not support 5GHz WiFi. Before connecting the smart plug, please confirm your network is 2.4GHz WiFi.

Why won’t Bluetooth pairing connect successfully?

Connect to WiFi, then complete the Bluetooth pairing. (Bluetooth pairing cannot be used before WiFi is connected.) Bluetooth is only used for auxiliary network pairing. After WiFi pairing is complete, if the network connection is lost, you can use Bluetooth to control the switch.

How do I use the plug to work with third-party voice assistants（such as Alexa/Google home）?

Connect the plug to the Smart Life App. Activate the “Smart Life” skill in the third-party voice assistant’s App(Instructional video available on the product page)
